Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for membership or using ICLUB.NYC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

ICLUB.NYC membership is exclusive and subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.

• All members must be 21 years or older
• Membership is valid for one year from approval date
• Members must maintain accurate profile information
• One membership per person

3. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Treat all staff, members, and guests with respect
• Follow venue rules and regulations
• Honor reservations and cancellation policies
• Maintain appropriate behavior at all events
• Not engage in illegal activities or harassment

Violation of our code of conduct may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

4. Events and Reservations

Event invitations are exclusive to approved members. RSVPs are required and subject to availability. Members who repeatedly fail to honor reservations may lose event privileges.

• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Table minimum charges may apply
• Guest list subject to venue capacity
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel events

5. Payment and Fees

Some events may require payment for table reservations or bottle service. All payments are processed securely. Minimum spends and service charges may apply. Refund policies vary by event.

6. Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and grant ICLUB.NYC the right to use these images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff.

7. Liability

ICLUB.NYC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property at events. Members attend events at their own risk. We recommend responsible alcohol consumption and safe transportation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ICLUB.NYC platform, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of ICLUB.NYC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate membership at any time. ICLUB.NYC reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of these terms without notice or refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
